1. First step is to set up the email account on our email server. This is done via our hosting control panel. Follow the steps in this KB article - How to Add an Email Account
2. Important: Login to webmail to check the login details of the email account your created in step 1. Using an incorrect password is the number 1 reason for the next step to fail.
3. Set up your email address in an email client. We recommend using IMAP.
