What makes this different from your standard shared hosting?
Honestly, the platform is the same - these are our shared Windows plans, described for business use. Do I get business email addresses on my own domain?
Yes. Every plan includes mailboxes on your own domain with spam protection - the entry-level plan includes 20 email accounts, and larger plans include more. You get POP3, IMAP and SMTP, Roundcube webmail and unlimited aliases. If you'd rather use Outlook and the Office apps, see Microsoft 365.
Can I keep my website and email with different providers?
Yes. Plenty of our customers host their website with us and run email on Microsoft 365, or the other way round. It's just DNS - tell us what you want pointing where and we'll help you set it up. You can also buy mailboxes without a website.
How reliable is it, and what happens if something breaks?

Who actually answers when I need support?
A professional web developer, not a first-line script reader. We work through an online ticket system so there's a written record of your issue, and you can also reach us by phone. There's no escalation ladder to climb - the person who replies is the person who can fix it.
Do you provide VAT invoices?
Yes. We're a VAT-registered UK company (VAT number GB130794223, registered in England & Wales number 07974629) and every payment gets a proper VAT invoice you can give to your accountant. Prices on site can be shown excluding or including VAT - use the toggle at the top of the page.
Can you move our existing site and email across?
Website migration is free within your first 14 days and we do the work. Email migrations are a separate paid service because they're more involved - we coordinate the cutover, move messages, folders and contacts, and update your DNS so mail keeps flowing. Ask us for a quote.
Are we tied into a contract?
