Our spam protection is run using Proxmox. As part of that you will get a daily spam report with the ability to login to your own quarantine web portal and manage your blacklist and whitelist for you email address.
This article explains how you manage your spam protection.
If you receive any spam emails to your mailbox you will receive a daily spam report. This report allows you to whitelist, blacklist, deliver and delete the emails that have been placed in quarantine.
If you click on the 'Whitelist' link for an email it will add that email address to your whitelist and deliver the email to you. That email address will now bypass any spam checks.
If you click on the 'Blacklist' link for an email it will add that email address to your blacklist and delete the email. Any emails from that email address will now always be deleted.
If you click on the 'Deliver' link for an email it will just deliver the email. No further action will take place.
If you click on the 'Delete' link for an email it will just be deleted and not available in your quarantine any more.
You can click the link at the bottom of the email (Please use the 'web interface' to manage your spam quarantine.) and you get a unique link to the spam quarantine web portal. From here you can search for messages and managed your Whitelist and Blacklist for your email address.
Click on the 'Whitelist' menu item and use the 'Add' button to add an email address or domain to your whitelist. These email addresses and domains will now bypass any spam checks for your email address.
Click on the 'Blacklist' menu item and use the 'Add' button to add an email address or domain to your blacklist. These email addresses and domains will now be deleted and not be delivered to your email address nor be quarantined.
