IMAP special folders like Sent, Drafts, Trash, Spam can be set to different folders. For example Outlook uses 'Sent Messages' and 'Deleted Messages'.
This article shows you how to change these IMAP folders to match your Email Client.
1. Log into webmail https://webmail.nuttyabouthosting.co.uk using your domain email account and password.
2. Click on 'Manage Folders' at the bottom of the menu pane.
3. Click on the 'Setup special folders' button.
4. Update the folders using the drop down.
5. For example if you have sync'd your email with Outlook, Outlook would have created a Sent Messages folder, which you can select from the dropdown.
