Can I have email hosting without a website?
Yes. Our email-only packages start from a low monthly price per mailbox. All you need is a domain name, which costs from £4.95 per year for UK domains, registered or transferred through us.
Do I need a domain name?
Yes. Your email address becomes you@yourdomain.co.uk, which is the whole point: a professional address that belongs to you. If you don't have one, we can register it in minutes.
Can I use Outlook, Apple Mail or my phone?
Yes. Any IMAP or POP3 client works: Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, eM Client, and the built-in mail apps on Android and iPhone. There's also Roundcube webmail for any browser.
Where are the servers and support based?
All mail servers are in UK datacentres. Support comes from our team in Devon by phone and email, with no scripted first-line queue. Every mailbox includes spam filtering, antivirus scanning and auto-ban login protection.
Can I add a website later?
Yes, whenever you're ready. Web hosting starts from £5.27 per month and sits alongside your existing mailboxes, so nothing needs to move.
My current host is retiring its email service. Can you migrate me?
Yes, we regularly migrate customers from other providers, including those pulling out of email. Get in touch and we'll walk you through moving your messages and switching your MX records with minimal downtime.
