You can backup you MS SQL database easily using our control panel. You can then restore this locally to use on your development setup.
Login to your control panel at https://www.nuttyabouthosting.co.uk/portal and go to your hosting account
Click on 'SQL Server 2014' under 'Databases'
Select the database you want to backup
Click on 'Backup' button under 'Maintenance Tools'
Select the backup options and click the 'Backup' button
You can now unzip your .bak file to give you your sql server backup to restore.
