_domainkey / DKIM DNS entry not showing

Currently our control panel, SolidCP, does not display DKIM or domain key entry although it has been added to the DNS server.

You can check your entry via the MXtoolbox website. The selector is the prefix you assigned before ._domainkey

If you need to remove or edit an existing entry then please contact support and we will be happy to help you.
