Domain Name Renewal Policy

As per 8.9 of our terms and conditions it is the customers responsibility to make sure that their domain names are renewed and that applicable renewal charges are paid.

Nutty About Hosting will attempt to send you renewal reminders for your domain names. These will be 60, 30, 15, 7 and 1 day before the expiry date.

Nutty About Hosting will attempt to renew your domain for you if you have done the following:

• Selected autorenew for the domain name in your account.
• Have a direct debit payment set up. This will be requested 15 days prior to the renewal date.

Domain names will be renewed for the same period they were originally registered for.

Nutty About Hosting accepts no liability for the loss of registration of any Domain Name that has failed to renew. This can be caused be an invalid email address in your account details, late payment or technical difficulties beyond our control.
