How to Whitelist an Email Address

This article shows you how to whitelist an email address that is being marked as [SPAM].

We use a number of anti-spam features to help you manage spam. These work by checking the sender of email messages, the content of the message and the way the message is delivered. When an email is marked with [SPAM] it has reach the spam mark threshold. By white listing an email it bypasses these methods.

1. Login to using your email account and password.

1. Click on the 'Contacts' menu option.

2. Click the 'New Contact' Button.

3. Complete the contacts details and then click the 'Save' button.

4. The contact has been added. The spam protection will pick up new contacts periodically and that email address will now bypass the spam protection filters.
