How to Subscribe to Specific IMAP Folders in Thunderbird

This article shows you how to subscribe to IMAP folders in Mozilla Thunderbird. This article was done on a Windows PC using Thunderbird 52.3.0 and may differ slightly to the one you are using.

1. Open Thunderbird and right click on your email account in the Mail pane. Click the 'Subscribe...' menu item.

2. Select the folders you wish to subscribe or unsubcribe too. Once you have finished making changes, click the OK button. It may take a while for the folder list to update in your Mail pane.
