If your website is not responding it may be stuck in a loop executing some code or have another issue. In these circumstances you can stop the current processes by recycling the application pool. This article shows you how to recycle the app pool.
1. Access the hosting control panel. Login to https://www.nuttyabouthosting.co.uk/portal and click on your hosting plan where your website is located.
2. Once in the hosting control panel click on the 'Web Sites' under 'Web & Applications'.
3. Click on your website.
4. Click on the 'Recycle' icon in the App Pool Status at the top right of the page. This will immediately recycle the website application pool.
