How to Delete a Website

This article shows you how to delete your website. You might want to delete a development or test website from you hosting space in order to reduce the space you are using or just because you have finished with it.

Note: You should delete your website this way rather than using File Manager or an FTP client as removing all the files without removing the website from the hosting control panel first will cause an error.

1. Login to the portal at https://www.nuttyabouthosting.co.uk/portal and click on your hosting plan.

2. Click on 'Web Sites' under the 'Web & Applications' section.

3. Click on the website you want to delete.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and check 'Force delete website directory?' and then click the 'Delete' button.

5. Confirm you want to delete the website from our systems. The website will be permantly deleted.
