How to add an entry to our firewall

1. Login to the portal with your account details - https://www.nuttyabouthosting.co.uk/login

2. Click on 'Firewall' in the menu and select 'Entries'

3. Click on the 'Create' button

4. Add your IP Address. You can find this by search 'What is my ip' in Google. Select whether the entry is for MySQL or Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL). Add a note for your reference e.g. Office IP or Mobile Broadband IP 3rd November. Now click 'Create'

5. You will now see the entry in your firewall entries list. You can then edit it or delete it using the links on each line. It will take a few minutes to allow access so please be patient.
