## How to buy

Everything is self-service: choose a plan, add it to the basket, check out. No sales call and no quote needed. Hosting plans can be paid monthly, there are no binding contracts or hidden fees, and there is a 30 day money back guarantee. Prices are in GBP and UK VAT applies.

Payment options: UK Direct Debit, BACS bank transfer, instant bank transfer (open banking, via GoCardless), or credit and debit card (via Stripe).

Every hosting and mailbox plan is attached to a domain name at the moment it is added to the basket. You can either register the domain in the same basket, or enter a domain you already own elsewhere - you do not have to move the domain to us to buy hosting or email from us.
